A bit about me
I was brought up on a farm in a village just north of York. The proximity to the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, North York Moors and the coast gave me a love of walking and the great outdoors which continues to this day. My parents as well as working full-time bred labradors, so dogs have always played a large part in my life.
I've painted for as long as I can remember, my first dog portrait commission being around 30 years ago, from then I sold commissions as well as doing my day job. 15 years ago I started my own portrait business. I now have a studio at home in Rugby and do pet portrait commissions for clients all over the world. I love what I do and believe this is reflected in the care and attention to detail in my portraits.
All my work is done in watercolour on Bockingford paper and I offer a framing service if required.

Additional Items
Portraits are normally done with a white background, but I'm happy to add a background to your painting if you'd like one. I charge an additional £70 for this as it is a little more work.
Framing is optional and is £70 with lots of choice.
Portraits can be posted to destinations in the UK (framed and unframed) and overseas (unframed only).
All portraits are done from photos, I'm happy with one good photo, or if you have a few I can let you know which will work best.
